Before the goods ordered are dispatched, we examine them carefully with regard to possible defects. Only goods which are free from any defects are carefully packed and shipped.

Moreover, in presenting our basket bags we have endeavoured to reproduce their colours in print as close to the original as possible.

Please note that the configuration of the devices used when ordering may cause a deviation in colour of the basket bags delivered from the original ones. If you wish to return the article, please refer to the notes under the heading CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS. You should inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

The right of cancellation pursuant to § 312d sub-paragraph 4 BGB [German Civil Code] does not apply to personalised basket bags made specifically for you.
